FRED JOHNSON is the results-oriented founder and CEO of InitiativeOne, Institute of Business Leadership. Founded in 1999, InitiativeOne is a leadership firm specializing in the development of an organization's most important and only sustainable resource, its people. He and his staff inspire cultural change within an organization by focusing on and improving the behaviors of the organization's key leaders. While pastoring four churches for nearly two decades, Dr. Johnson developed a proprietary model demonstrating a pattern of how people respond to change, both positively and negatively. After training other pastors to be more effective leaders, word soon spread to other corporate leaders and he began to address their leadership teams on how to effectively lead positive change. An expert in organizational leadership, he is a recognized author, speaker and professor, and has worked with leaders in North and South America, as well as Asia.
